  4. What is a joint? A joint is a point where two bones meet. Joints can be classified as 3 different types; - Fibrous - Cartilaginous - Synovial Different joints allow for different movement. Joints are held together with ligaments (attaching bone to bone) Tendons join skeletal muscle to bone
