Activity • Training to multi-agency practitioners to deliver prevention work • Session to school staff • Direct prevention sessions with YP in Year 7 of School and PRU, plus 2 residential settings • Direct support and recovery work with YP at risk of/experiencing SE
Work with Young People • 10 highest risk referrals accepted • Use of Multi Agency Group to screen and signpost to other services • Evaluated using Barnardos outcomes descriptors and grading
Outcomes • Training extremely well evaluated • Raised awareness • Complex picture of YP • Some improvements in awareness and self esteem • Challenges for some YP in engagement
