Sing Along(to the tune of “Clementine” • Ol’ Dirk Yeller • Ol’ Dirk Yeller came a ridin’ • In to town. • He was spot-ted • By the towns-folk • And they scat-tered • All around • He was lookin’ • For a po-tion • That would calm • His jitters down • Ran in to a • Little fel-ler • Followed Dirk • With-out a sound

  3. To the store and • The post of-fice • Trad-ing post • And the sa-loon • End-ed up-p • Drink-in’ cof-fee • At the jail house • Way past noon • Then the sher-iff • The Sher-iff • He-e layed • The law-ah down • Saidd Dirk had-ad • Un-til sun down • or he’d run • Him ou-ta town

  4. Then Sam took him • To the li-brary • And he sat him • Ri-ight down. • Read the books that • Calmed his jit-ters • Checked them out • Rode out-a town • Dirk came back to • court Miss Jen-ny • The-ah Li-li-brar-i-an • Pretty so-on they were married • And-nd we have reached the end!
