  3. Goals • Learn what it takes “in the real world” to establish and maintain a successful arts program for dementia patients • Share this information with ALAA members • Hosting an art exhibit at the following ALAA conference

  4. Educational Component • Regional training • Art programming featured at Fall 2010 conference • Development of a manual with 36 weeks of art ideas

  5. Art Exhibit Spring 2011 Conference • Seasonal artwork • Artwork with a story • Botanicals • Mixed media

  6. Awards • Process not Product • Size of Community & # of Participants
