  2. 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee sexual immorality… 1 Corinthians 10:14 Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry. 2 Timothy 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts;… The lesson is pointless if we don’t fear temptation.

For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us[a] with groanings which cannot be uttered.27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
