PLANS for 2011-12 • Continue Pull-out Model for grades 3-5 • Continue Co-Teaching Model in MS for ELA; encourage teachers to acquire licensure/ endorsement to open up additional gifted curricular opportunities with existing staff • Modify Elementary Enrichment model • Expand MS Seminars (2-4/ year) • Expand MS Enrichment/ collaboration • Incorporate Gifted interests seamlessly into RtI frameworks • Create tools to track performance data on identified students • Continue/ expand Professional development in Nature of Giftedness & Differentiation Strategies • Continue to revise website and communication tools
