Criteria for linking • Coming out of analysis • Likely to take into account: • MRV • Stringency • Different designs and possible fixes • Certainty
Other linking work: • Engagement with other countries, e.g. USA (federal and state level), Japan, Australia etc • Sharing experience and providing advice • Encouraging others to take on board schemes capable of linking
