  2. On June 2, 2008, the Bureau of Census published within the Federal Register, the amending of Title 15 CFR Part 30, Foreign TradeRegulations (FTR).

  3. On March 14, 2013, the Bureau of Census published the new FTR which became effective January 8, 2014.
