  7. Town of Tioga PD- Phase 14 • The Town of Tioga PD is approved for a total of 537 Residential Units on 278.62 acres for a gross density of 1.92 dwelling units per acre. • Phase 14 will have 30 units on 9.05 acres for a gross density of 3.09 dwelling units per acre.
