Requires minimal beam losses from other than e-p interactions. • BROADEN the science case -- make it interesting to a wider portion of the nuclear physics community! e.g., is there a viable and compelling electroweak symmetry program? What luminosity would be needed to make interesting measure-ments of the running of the weak coupling below the Z0? Anything interesting to be learned from PV in e-A vs. A? What precision needed?
