Timeline • July Leadership Team Meeting • Initial suggestions for draft strategies and KPIs • August Strategic Cabinet Meetings • Additional suggestions for draft strategies and KPIs • August Strategic Board Worksession • Board discussion of wide range of strategies & KPIs • September Principal, Assistant Principal, and County Student Council Meetings • Assessment of our progress and refinement of strategies and KPIs • September Work Session • Present final strategies and KPIs Board
