  4. Values – tool 5 • In threes – one asks, one responds, one records and swap. • Record responses as you go along. • This forms backbone of initial reflective statement – who I am and what I stand for

Process, planning for Impact and Action Planning • Elements in Process (Tool 2) – ideas for activities to undertake (processes) • Planning for Impact (Tool7) – helps articulate what the outcomes are going to be • Example of an Action Plan (Tool 8) - helps you to formalise the steps you will take on your project

  6. Homework… • Complete Action Plan and Reflective Statement – for Friday 18th November • Bring for next session some reading (to share) – look at Tool 12
