Positive Reinforcement • A consequence that rewards a particular behavior and encourages its repetition.
Redirection • The steering or redirecting (in this case, the steering of disruptive behavior to more acceptable behavior)

Direct Guidance • Physical and verbal actions, such as facial and body gestures, that influence behavior.
