Recommendations • Group meeting weekly during the whole vocational training facilitated by a tutor (GP) for the whole period • At least 50% of the vocational training in a GP-practice. • GP-trainers should continously be trained in educational matters. • Trainers: • Each trainee should have a personal GP trainer in the training practice • During hospital training there should be a GP-focused medical supervisor.
