2. Digital art • Is an artistic work that uses technology as the way used for the presentation process. • It has impacted some activities as the painting, the drawing, the sculpture and the music, making that new arts such as net art, digital installation art, and virtual reality, have become recognized artistic practices. • It can be called also as the contemporary art that is produced at the present period in time.

Ryoheihase • Was born in Tokyo, japan in a family that all his life had lived in the united states • During high school, he was the worst in arts but in his last year suddenly he excelled in drawing. • studied arts at the university, where he developed important techniques that were of great use to function professionally. • Worked part-time while he was studying and that was what helped him secure the techniques he had learned in the area of ​​design and illustration.

Ryoheihase • He is an “illustrator” that basically astonish our view with its awesome digital paints. • He illustrated musical albums, web pages, magazines, fashion photography and has worked in the area of video games with Namco Bandai Games and ultimately dedicated to his art in his spare time.

7. Impact of new technologies • Positive way • It have expanded horizons of creativity and opened new artistic frontiers. • It has allowed contemporary artists to reduce time spent in the artwork to a minimum thereby freeing them to focus more on contemplation, creativity and developing ideas, as well as sound preparation for artwork.  • Negative way • the artist may be crushed, confused and puzzled and these emotions are immediately reflected in his works. • His art work may become repetitive and devoid of imagination or spirit.

8. No technology works • This is a work of RyoheiHase in which he doesn´t use technology. • One of the most visible changes is that the art piece doesn´t express what the works with technology can, in brief words the type of “expressionism” that he shows is better shown with digital art.

9. opinion • My personal opinion about the works of RyoheiHanse is that I think that his life is very sad, because if you see an art piece as this one the first think that comes in your mind is the word of loneliness. • So, I don´t know if is purpose is to show what he express or based on what I just read If he hates everybody, because the things that he “draw” are based on every person that he see when he is walking outside.

10. Art – technology • My opinion about art and technology is that this is a mix in which the art has changed a lot. • First of all, the works are more complex in the sense that many may or express or not express anything. You can also see that it is more interesting and draws the attraction of more consumers. • Finally, from my point of view I believe that nowadays the art is a little incomplete without a bit of technology.

11. Self evaluation • First of all, my process during the third term was not the most expected basically because I didn´t managed the time at the beginning. • Also, I never was conscious on what we were looking like the Visual Language Elements, concepts or even artistic references. • The worst failure is that I didn´t take advantage of the time, that´s because I was suffering at the end because I didn´t know what to do. • The things that I have to improve for this term is to pay a lot of attention, manage my time and if I have doubts ask them to Alejandra.
