  3. What was the fashion?... …Long skirts below the knees with a high waist jacket and belt was very much in many women wore these kinds of styles. …Men , smart looks such as suites and smart black leather shoes. smart was also very much in for men.

  4. The hats of 1940! Either huge or small never in the middle. Dramatic and beautiful designs like the pictures below.
