  2. I’m Nobody • Glogster poster completed • Paragraph explaining how Glogster fits the poem “I’m Nobody!”

  3. Cinquain Poem • Must be completed and about nature • Must have a picture

  4. Haiku • Completed and about nature • Must include a picture with it

  5. Sonnet • 14 line poem following the proper rhyming structure • Must include at least one example of personification

  6. Couplet • Must contain at least five couplets (10 lines total) • Must include a picture with it

  7. Diamond Poem • In proper format • About a hero • Must contain an example of alliteration • Must contain a picture of the character using www.avatareditor.com

  8. Imagery Poem • Poem based on imagery • Must be at least 8 lines and touch on at least three of the five senses • If time available, students can turn this into a shape poem via the site www.tagxedo.com (not required)

  9. Lyric Poem • Must be at least 12 lines • Must include at least one simile and one metaphor

  10. Elegy • Mourns the passing of someone/something • Must be at least 10 lines • Wordle.net will be used only if there is extra time

  11. Free Verse Now extra credit: Poem must be at least 12 lines • Must contain a picture with the poem

  12. Extra Credit • Ode poem • Must be at least 12 lines
