Grocery UES Measures • Anti-Sweat Heater Control sunsetting in April. • Request extension of sunset to review research plan from PECI with evaluation subcommittee • Plan to bring back in June for adoption • Decision: “I ______ move to change the sunset date for the Anti-sweat Heater Control UES measure to June 2013.”

  3. Foodservice UES Measures • Several are sunsetting in May • Would like extension to convene expert panel to review input parameters for following Small Saver measures: • Cooking Equipment - Combination Ovens • Cooking Equipment - Convection Ovens • Cooking Equipment - Fryers • Cooking Equipment - Hot Food Holding Cabinets • Cooking Equipment - Steamers • Call for volunteers? • Decision: “I __________ move to change the sunset date for the five cooking equipment UES measures (Combination Ovens, Convection Ovens, Fryers, Hot Food Holding Cabinets, and Steamers) to July 2013.”

  4. Sunset dates • To manage workload better, request that all sunset dates be set to last day in sunsetting month • Avoids sunsetting a few days before RTF meetings • Clear about "the last RTF meeting" possible to present analysis • Current Sunset dates would be updated to end of month currently assigned. • Decision: “I _______ move to approve the change to all measure sunset dates to the last day of the month.”
