Overview. Michael Gove, Secretary of State for Education thinks that Schools Funding is unfair and needs to change!The Governments overall aim is to move to a National Funding Formula for all Schools and AcademiesSince 2011, the DfE have issued 3 consultations on how the system can be simplified.
