  3. Does Religion Make you Crazy? • The gospel imparts understanding. The Bible informs man of his origin; purpose; and destiny(Gen. 1, 2; Eccl. 12: 13; Matt. 25: 46).

  4. Does Religion Make you Crazy? • The Bible imparts the remedy for guilt. God offers true forgiveness (Acts 2: 38; I Jn. 1: 7ff.).

  5. Does Religion Make you Crazy? • The Bible promotes and requires self-examination. Not only is self-examination taught but a standard is provided (2 Cor. 13: 5).

  11. Does Religion Make you Crazy? • Rather than make people crazy, the gospel stabilizes Christians and makes them better husbands/wives; children; parents; citizens; works; and members of society. It provides peace that the world cannot provide (Jn. 14: 27).
