  1. Ingeniero Civil, realizó sus estudios profesionales en la Escuela Superior de Ingeniería y Arquitectura del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). Actividad profesional · Dibujante, Auxiliar de Ingeniero Topógrafo y Proyectista en la Empresa Ingeniería y Consultoría Universal, S.A. de .C.V. · Cuantificador de Obra y Residente en la Constructora Melchor Rodríguez Caballero, S.A. de C.V. · Supervisor de Obra Civil en la Cía. Petróleos Mexicanos · Supervisor de Obra Civil en la Empresa Proyectos Castañeda, S.A. de C.V. · En la Dirección General de Construcción y Operación Hidráulica, se desempeñó en diversos cargos (Jefe de Oficina de la U. D. de Construcción del Drenaje Profundo, participando en la construcción de tramos de túneles de los Interceptores Central, Oriente, Centro – Centro, etc).
