Western Union Money Transfer Transaction flow
Receive money - 1 • Based on payee’s information, enter the search criteria and click Continue in the Tracking Control pop up dialog box
Receive money - 2 • As the next step, enter agent details if transaction is remote (data over phone), click OK or if the transaction is in the office, click Cancel
Receive money - 3 • Now, enter the MTCN number furnished and click Search
Receive money - 4 • If the request matches with available remittance, Transaction details tab furnishes further data • Select mode of payment and click Submit
Receive money - 5 • In this dialog box, enter data of remote operator ID if payment is through this operator, otherwise click Cancel
Receive money - 6 • In the first window enter the customer ID, click the verification check box and click OK • In the next window enter agent info and click OK or Cancel as the case may be
Receive money - 7 • This dialog box confirms completion of payment process; Generate printout of Receipt and Transaction Summary • Click the Donebutton on completion
WUMTS Utilities • View the tools available in the Tools/Admin menu • In the instant case, Customer Service inquiry transaction is selected

WUMTS Utilities – Customer service inquiry (cont’d) • Select the transaction from the logs for the day and click Nextin the first dialog box • The transaction of payment can be viewed as in the second dialog box; Observe that the operator ID is that of the office of payment
WUMTS Utilities – Security • Security button can be selected to manage security environment to set the access environment
WUMTS Utilities – Inventory management • In these dialog boxes the check inventory status can be ascertained and the forms required can be ordered
