  4. Safe Refuge Area Manager • Check-in and obtain briefing from the SAC Leader. • Establish the SRA within the CRZ adjacent to the Contamination Reduction Corridor and the Exclusion Control Line. • Monitor the hazardous materials release to ensure that the SRA is not subject to exposure.

  5. Safe Refuge Area Manager • Assist the SAC Leader by ensuring the victims are evaluated for contamination. • Manage the SRA for the holding and evaluation of victims who: • may have information about the incident • are suspected of having contamination

  6. Safe Refuge Area Manager • Maintain communications with: • Entry Leader • Decon Leader • Maintain Unit Log
