  2. Onlangs heeft Tele2 een kort geding aangespannen tegen de Reclame van Vodafone. Volgens Tele2 is de reclame misleidend en een niet toegestane vergelijkende reclame, Tele2 vindt dat de reclame kleinerend is.

  3. Tele2 verwijt Vodafone dat er verkeerde informatie wordt gegeven over haar eigen diensten. In de Vodafone reclame wordt vermeldt dat het thuisabbonoment altijd kan worden aangepast, wie geen gebruik gemaakt van een vaste telefoon kan die er op ieder moment zonder kosten uithalen.
