What is the nature of the work? • Achieve gross margin plan for the division. • Develop an overall seasonal merchandising plan. • Oversee overall production planning and placement. • Shop markets to better understand competition, pricing, sourcing, and trends. • Communicate with Sales for market • Supervise and develop staff to perform optimum results.
