  3. How can we help? Home Support We will support your needs by providing you with personal care, cleaning, cooking, exercising, laundry, ironing or just a chat. We will help you with letter writing and helping to use the phone, our staff are there to encourage you, give you confidence – and self assurance. Gardening We can help you maintain your gardens and general basic maintenance around your home. Day Support Will provide you with the help in the community attending meetings, hospital and doctors appointments, or just getting out and about – whatever your needs, we will be there to support you and your social life and even transport if necessary. Care North West have a half-hourly ‘pop-in’ service. • Personal Care • Cleaning • Cooking • Laundry • Ironing • Apartments • Gardening

Our Team All of our staff are trained to the standards set out within the Commission for Social Care Document 2000 and have all undergone an enhanced CRB police check, giving you the confidence that you are receiving the highest standard of care from our trained staff. We can assure you – whatever the circumstances, we’ll be there for you when want us and, that you will receive a first class quality service.

  5. Our Statement Our aims and objectives are to support people in the community in their own homes. We at Care North West are able to give people physical and emotional support to live independently in the community. All our service users will be treated with the respect and dignity they deserve and their religious and cultural needs will be given individual consideration. Our Service Users Our service users can be assured that their rights will be recognised and their choices respected by all staff involved in their care, regardless of their age, disability, race, religion, gender or sexual orientation.
