Statistical Capacity Building for Evidence-Based Policy

This proposed program aims to assist Member States in developing evidence-based policies by providing timely, reliable, and comparable statistics aligned with the 2030 Sustainable Development Plan. Activities include capacity-building, data production, and incorporating new technology. Funding sources include the Regular Programme of Technical Cooperation and Development Account. The focus includes institutional frameworks, improving statistical processes, and utilizing new data sources. The Statistical Committee is expected to review the program report and offer guidance.
