What the London Fashion Week is? • From 1993, twice a year each designer shows us his colection wich is a season ahead • Fashion Calender is divided on two seasons spring/summer and autumm/winter, each designer presents his new colection on international fashion tour, wich starts in London (on London Fashion Week) than goes to Milan, than to Paris and finally the last stop- New York city.

3. „If you haven’t got an invention to show, you’re not getting in” • That’s the bottom line of every LFW, and main functions of Fashion Week is: • Opportunity to view new collections and it shows, what should be order to shops • The second, and the most important is to promote fashion and designers

4. How it’s Look like? • Usually the London fashion Week was opend in five days, but from now on (1997) is extended to six days • LFW featured 48 catwalk shows and play 140 labels at the Designer Exhibition • LFW is not open to Public. While the British Fashion Council decides which designers show each season, it’s the designers themselves who control who is in the audience • But there is a good news recently the LFW made 2 days open for outside visitors, and it’s on the end of London Fashion Week
