Settlement Calendar & Data Extract Variance Update

This update covers the settlement calendar and data extract variances, including the resettlement calendar, catch-up schedule, and deadlines for resolving DEV issues. It also addresses LSE relationship variance points and the submission process for variances. ERCOT will continue to work on these issues within the specified timeline, and a new DEV Service History Spreadsheet has been implemented for better response standardization and quicker corrections.

LSE Relationship Variance Points for Consideration • Submitter of the DEV FT issue is the owner of the issue, and should work with the Monitoring party to gain response/agreement. • MPs continue to submit variances for months for which settlement has passed and for recent months. ERCOT will continue to work issues per DEV Manual timeline – basic 75 day calendar • Delayed responses by monitoring party may cause issues to extend beyond the 75 day calendar • New DEV Service History Spreadsheet was implemented in August to standardize responses, helping with ease of agreement interpretation and more speedy correction. • Discussion of “Monitoring responses causing Variance Type changes will not be accepted” will be discussed at the DEV workshop.
