  7. Magnet School • Why are magnet schools important?Magnet schools are important because they offer so many different opportunities. The great thing about them is that all magnet schools have a different theme that they focus their school on.Why are magnet schools considered to give more opportunities, what do they have to offer?Magnet schools like ours, are usually smaller than some traditional schools, that allows students learn in a closer family-like environment where not only, everyone knows each other but they have a better opportunity of learning because there are fewer students. That usually allows a closer, more “intimate” level of education.

"A Paideia Seminar is an opportunity for students to study a piece of text and to make meaning of it.  The text could be a book, a poem, could be a piece of artwork, could be a power point, could be a statue. But it's something that has some mystery to it and will cause people to think, and to share their ideas." Interview with the Principal :
