Discussion questions • In your opinion why do many of the people whom we label as “terrorist” refuse to call themselves by that label? • (It is a derogatory term: these people may have more positive labels for themselves, such as “Freedom Fighters.”) • What are some of the goals of terrorist? • (Revolution to take control of a state, creation of a new nation, and anarchy) • (Goals of a terrorists can sometimes be inferred from the labels we apply to them) • (Revolutionary terrorists, Nationalistic terrorist, and Anarchistic terrorist)
