  4. Organizing Mail by Color • Switch to the Inbox (or the folder you would like to affect). • Decide which sender’s mail you would like to color. • Click to select a message from that individual.

  5. Organizing Mail by Color • Click the Organize button on the standard toolbar. • Note the altered window.

  6. Organizing Mail by Color • Click the Using Colors link in the left panel.

  7. Organizing Mail by Color • Note the new options. • Select a desired color for all messages from the sender you have chosen.

  8. Organizing Mail by Color • Click the Apply Color button. • Click the Close button.

  9. Organizing Mail by Color • Note that all messages from the selected individual are now colored.

  11. Enabling the Junk Mail Feature • Switch to the Inbox. • Decide which sender you would like to add to the Junk E-Mail list. • Click to select a message from that individual.

  13. Enabling the Junk Mail Feature • Click the Junk E-Mail link in the left panel.

  14. Enabling the Junk Mail Feature • Select a color from the drop-down option box and click the Turn on button.

  16. Adding E-Mail Address to the Junk Mail List • Hover over an address to mark as Junk and click the secondary mouse button. • Choose Add to Junk Senders List from the Junk E-Mail option.

  18. Setting Rules for Junk Mail • Select Rules Wizard from the Tools menu. • Note the new window that appears. Edit the Exception List as needed. • Click the New button to create a rule that deletes junk mail.

  20. Setting Rules for Junk Mail • Uncheck the first option (from people or distribution list) and select suspected to be junk e-mail or from Junk Senders by clicking the proper checkbox. • Click the Next button to continue.

  21. Setting Rules for Junk Mail • Unselect move it to the specified folder. • Select delete it to rid your inbox of the junk mail. • Click the Next button to continue.

  22. Setting Rules for Junk Mail • Select any desired exceptions and click the Next button.

  23. Setting Rules for Junk Mail • Change any of the options if you wish to do so. • Click the Finish button.

  24. Setting Rules for Junk Mail • Note the message window that appears. • A client-only rule runs only in your account. • A server rule runs whether or not you are accessing your account.

  25. Setting Rules for Junk Mail • Click the OK button to finish.
