  1. CAJUN CUISINE CREOLE AND CAJUN CUISINE LEESVILLE, LOUISIANA, 71446

  2. CAJUN CUISINE People usually confused and linked together creole and cajun cuisines as one, but they are two distinct cuisines from people of different communities who are settlers in Louisiana. Both the cuisine have their taste, flavor, and way of cooking from accessible ingredients. In simpler words, we can distinguish, the creole food as city food and the cajun food as a country or rural food

  3. CAJUN CUISINE Cajun cuisine came from people of the Acadia region of Canada. The Cajuns settled in the southern central part of Louisiana, known as Houma, Thibodeaux, and lafayette city today. Cajuns were not as wealthy as much as creole were, so they had to eat what they can afford and grow regularly. The Spanish government of Louisiana permitted them for farming to the lower wetland area of the Louisiana colony. They had to ate what they can grow and hunt. Cajuns cooked their food from the natural ingredients of Louisiana only. Their dishes were influenced by Africans, French and native American Indians.
