Tracking Your Podcast • Downloads • Comments • Use Google Alerts • Use Twitter Search • Use 3rd party tool like FeedBurner
Real World Warnings • Underestimating resources needed to maintain content creation (the main reason y’all have to do an individual podcast!) • Forgetting to make a business case (It’s cool! Everybody’s doing it!)
Blog Thoughts • Blog posts give each episode its own landing page • Widgetbox: enliven your blog (if you can install widgets) • Technorati listing • Delicious – use+widget
