  3. PROGRAM • Ratification of By-laws if there are new amendments • Election of new set of Officers for CY 2012-2014 • Awarding of Plaque to Outstanding Graduates

  4. AWARDS • Combat • Admin • Academic Excellence • Civilian

  5. PROCEDURE COMBAT, ADMIN AND ACADEMIC EXELLENCE • Submit recommendation to respective Major Service Chapters (Individual or by Class) • Major Service Chapters shall conduct the selection process

  6. PROCEDURE COMBAT, ADMIN AND ACADEMIC EXELLENCE • Major Service Chapters shall recommend the selected candidate to the National Chapter • National chapter shall evaluate the recommended candidates for subsequent approval

  7. PROCEDURE CIVILIAN • Submit recommendation to the National Chapter (Individual or by Class) • National chapter shall evaluate the recommended candidates for subsequent approval
