  2. Project Objectives & Progress Summary OBJECTIVES • Develop a cost-effective and highly accurate low flow calibrator that utilizes two separated methods to measure mass flow rate and volumetric flow rate. PROJECT DESCRIPTION “JYMeter” Project E5 | Handheld Flow Calibrator
