How Can You Go About This • Do a SWOT analysis of your community • Create a case for support • Getting the right people • Comms/promote • Utilise NWN resources • Working in partnership • Seek out specific funding opportunities • Look at our Inspiration database to see if other schemes have done something similar or for new ideas Neighbourhood Watch Network | Reg. in England, covering England & Wales | CIO No: 1173349
Case for Support Typically includes: - What the organisation is and what it does - Why it exists/what problem it seeks to solve – the need - What it is that’s distinctive about you – history, credibility, past achievements - What you’re trying to achieve/specific objectives – what difference do you want to see - Sustainability plan - How a funder/partner can help and what’s in it for them Neighbourhood Watch Network | Reg. in England, covering England & Wales | CIO No: 1173349
