  1. Starter Warm up Choose a champion/role model from any sport. Make a list of what makes them so successful in their sport? E.g. is it because they are the fastest/have excellent speed? Include any health-related components too if they are relevant.   8. Task: For each Skill-Related Component of Fitness: List 3 sports/physical activities that use each component. For one sport/physical activity identified, explain how you use that component of fitness. For one sport/physical activity identified, explain the importance of that component of fitness on performance.
