If a player doesn’t get treatment for an illness or injury, how will that affect the success of your program? • If you are aware of student athletes that do not have health insurance, please inform them about CHIP – Utah’s Children’s Health Insurance Program – to see if it can help them.

Review of UHSAA rules Try-out checklist prior to try-out www.uhsaa.org Transfers A transfer of eligibility application is required unless Full family move verified by school First entry without previous establishment of eligibility Practice without eligibility (transfer situation) May practice pending determination by UHSAA Precludes eligibility at former or any other school Dead Time 4 weeks after championship and 8 weeks beginning Dec. 1 Limited Team Membership May not play on outside team during season 2009-10 Soccer Rules Clinic
