Internal Assessment • Working together, consider our SWOT area of focus and answer the following questions: • What are the weaknesses of our local council? • What could be improved? • What activities do not meet your expectations? • What should be avoided? • What do other associations or councils do better? • It is best to be realistic now, and face any unpleasant truths. Please identify weaknesses from the every member’s perspective. • List our local council Weaknesses as they relate to our SWOT area of focus… • Membership engagement • Committed few • Not enough ENPC/TNCC directors • Not providing CEU’s at this time
