Six areas to consider: Rail Title • Authorize funding for intercity passenger rail. • Make RRIF easier to use and make PTC an eligible use of the funds. • Make intercity passenger rail eligible for Transportation Development Credits. • Reauthorize and slightly expand the Rail Line Relocation Program. • Reauthorize the Next Generation Equipment. • Make intercity passenger rail equipment eligible for safe harbor leasing.
