  2. What is interrupting? • When you interrupt someone, you talk when they are talking. • It can be very rude to interrupt someone because they may forget what they are trying to tell you.

  3. How can you interrupt politely? • 1. Wait • 2. Say, “Excuse Me” • 3. Say what you want to say

  4. What if the person cannot be interrupted? • If you say “excuse me” and the person says, “not right now” or “please wait,” then you need to wait to say what you want to say.
