  2. Background The Alibaba Company promoted a section of app called Kuaidi for consumers to book taxies online. When the app just listed, it has received good market reaction. However, as the Tencent promoted a similar functional app, Kuaidi’s market share sharply decreased. So, a business battle between two famous companies starts.
