Creating IP department to the legal entities The main functions of corresponding divisions will consist: • in assistance, encouragement and supports of innovative activity • assistance of the methodical help to workers of the enterprise, including for carrying out of research patent documentation • acquaintance of employees of the company and the organisations with national and international system of protection of intellectual property • provide of measures on improvement of management of intellectual property
The training Annually AGEPI runs courses on preparations of advisers in the field of intellectual property where about 30 persons are trained. According to Register AGEPI since 1995 on 2009 the specified Courses have finished 355 persons representing the state organisations, high schools, legal firms and the industrial enterprises. The training is spents on two specialties: • The first specialty, is the adviser for intellectual property • The second specialty is the expert according to objects of intellectual property.
