Education required to become an engineer… • Bachelor’s degree in engineering • More than 200 accredited university programs • Master’s degree becoming more of the norm instead of the exception. • Obtain a professional engineer’s license • Not necessarily required for all engineering positions. • Typically requires 4 years of after college experience and passing a professional competency exam.
