Low hanging fruits: • set up committees to manage the group, • according to the needs and the skills and to be run • by the girls as the following: • - The education committees. • -The social issues committee. • Financial committee. • Arts committee. • Monitoring and evaluating committee. • Administration, coordination committee

Opportunity & The high hanging fruits: The opportunity is: the Sunday school boys’ group might show interest to follow the girls’ group new system the high hanging fruits: By adding the skills of each group together, they would be able to make more Development for their Meeting through mutual committees and might go out of the church and do their citizen civic roles.
