  3. Respect For Athletes • Atmosphere of equals. No athlete should feel less worthy on the basis of ability, sex, race, culture, sexual orientation, etc. • Keep confidences • Be honest in your relationships with athletes and information you share • Be fair and reasonable in your role as coach • Whenever possible involve athletes in decisions affecting them

  4. Coach Responsibly • Become competent in the sport, its rules and skills and safety standard practices • Coach to develop an individual as a person not just an athlete • Be aware of the needs and values of your participants and plan programs to compliment them • Provide safety instruction, supervision and safe environments

  5. Maintaining Integrity • Be honest with people • Be sincere, mean what you say • Be honorable with people, your word is not to be broken • Be open minded and open to opinions

  6. Honor Sport • Follow the rules and regulations the sport • Model Fair play and make Fair play a part of the team and supporters participation – Fair Play Charter in Sport

  7. Fair Play Charter • Respect the rules • Respect the officials and their decisions • Respect your opponent • Give equal chances to participate to all • Maintain your self control at all times
