  3. Easier than your expectations. • Open the website: www.uqu.edu.sa • Kindly follow the following Guidelines.

  5. 1. Writing Text on My Website

  6. Once you edit the page you could: 1. Write the text directly to the filed..(recommended) 2. Use the (Microsoft word 2003) prepared templet through the text editor

  7. The 2nd way (Using the Text editor) is explained first !!

  8. How do we use the Text Editor ?

  9. However • The Text Editor is not that good.. • It’s virgin is old. “up to the moment” • Microsoft word 2003 icon dose not work properly. • Your word text will appear disorganized. • The internet unite says they will update it soon. • That’s why: write your text directly, don’t use word icon.

  10. The 1st Way: Direct Writing • Before you write your text directly:

  11. The icons function are the same as microsoft word 2003 icons… • Just select the text by mouse >> click on the required icon.

  13. How do we upload files ? • Through the text editor icons.

  16. You can upload any file .. • Power point presentation. • PDF …. i.e. CV • etc.

  17. 3. Creating Links from My Website

  18. How to Create a link ? • Links could be created for many objectives • i.e. links to your publications. • Follow the same steps till slide 32. • Instead of uploading files, paste your article pubmed link.
