CRM – Customer Relation Management • CRM has been proved to be an extremely effective tool for customer support. • It is being used by all the major corporations for all its advantages. • Digitron has recently acquired a CRM package and will be implementing it step by step.
How can I use it as a Customer? • Most of the times you need to reach us for some questions or computer trouble. • Now you can “Create a Ticket” for that problem in the CRM package. • We will promptly follow up and resolve the issues ASAP.
Why Type If I Can Call? • This way you can keep track of all your tickets along with date and time. • You can view the status of each of your tickets and the action taken. • You don’t have to wait for a suitable time to call us! You can create a ticket on a Friday night and don’t have to worry about calling us on the following Monday morning!
Well then How do I Create a Ticket? • Extremely Simple! • Log on to our website www.digitronsystems.com • Click “Technical Support” • Then “Create/View A Support Ticket”
Step by Step Guide to “Create Tickets”. • The following snapshot slides will show you how to create a Support Ticket and also how to check their status. • Remember- Your Login Name is “Your Telephone #” Your Password is “support” (password is case sensitive)
