  3. Finding Personal Preferences Select Options from the Tools menu

  4. Notifications • Any items not mandatory can be turned on or off • Parameter to not allow users to delete alerts • Click and unclick

  5. Surrogates • Any user can be chosen • Must remove surrogate settings when returning

  6. Order Checks Check or uncheck to configure options

  7. Notes • Two options for notes

  8. Notes Personal Preferences • Students may need a co-signer • Some people like the subject line

  10. Reports • Can change date range for all reports • Or, can do it individually

  11. Reports – All Dates • Default is pretty short • Maximum is short for some items • CACs can change defaults through parameters

  12. Reports - Individual • Each report is listed • Indian Health does not use many of these yet.

  13. Team Lists • Autolinked teams are usually set up by CACs • If subscription allowed, users can join a team • Devices can be team members

  14. Personal Setup from Notes Tab • Select Custom View from the View menu • To save the selected Custom View, select Save as Default View from the View menu

  15. Notes Custom View • Can choose status of notes • Can choose author • Can change dates • Can group or sort by different fields • Can change number of notes

  16. Orders- Custom View • View by status • View by service • Change date range • Grouped by service or date range
