Finding Personal Preferences Select Options from the Tools menu
Notifications • Any items not mandatory can be turned on or off • Parameter to not allow users to delete alerts • Click and unclick
Surrogates • Any user can be chosen • Must remove surrogate settings when returning
Order Checks Check or uncheck to configure options
Notes • Two options for notes
Notes Personal Preferences • Students may need a co-signer • Some people like the subject line
Reports • Can change date range for all reports • Or, can do it individually
Reports – All Dates • Default is pretty short • Maximum is short for some items • CACs can change defaults through parameters
Reports - Individual • Each report is listed • Indian Health does not use many of these yet.
Team Lists • Autolinked teams are usually set up by CACs • If subscription allowed, users can join a team • Devices can be team members
Personal Setup from Notes Tab • Select Custom View from the View menu • To save the selected Custom View, select Save as Default View from the View menu
Notes Custom View • Can choose status of notes • Can choose author • Can change dates • Can group or sort by different fields • Can change number of notes
Orders- Custom View • View by status • View by service • Change date range • Grouped by service or date range
